People say that how you teach others depends on how well you were taught. As an instructor, I always strive to ensure students not only learn, but also enjoy learning. I have to thank all my instructors, teachers, and professors for giving me this skill. In a world where price and selection are equal, the difference is service. This letter written to my store general manager illustrates how customer service does make a difference. The skills you acquire during your school years follow you throughout life.
