I would like to express my appreciation of Derek Chan, who helped me tremendously with my Apple PowerBook 5300cs. I had purchased a PowerBook through your store which unfortunately proved to be defective. Upon returning it, I was told, honestly, by Derek that the PowerBooks in stock had the same problem. He then arranged for me to go to Monrovia for a PowerBook which also proved to be defective. Derek, not giving up on me, was frank about my options. I still wanted a PowerBook and tried to order one from Mission Viejo. Derek then called to tell me that Mission Viejo was having the same problem as your store. After putting our heads together we figured out that Monrovia received a new shipment of PowerBooks- so we tried that route again, this time successfully. I am now the happy owner of a nondefective PowerBook!

Derek was very patient, helpful, and honest through the whole process. There are not many sales people who combine these qualities. I commend him to you and hope that the pwers that be recognize that they have a valuable employee.
